The replacement of fossil based energy will have to be in place before fossils decline

We are very dependent on fossil combustions and these cannot be reduced significantly without generating a global famine, with all its consequences.

The replacement source will have to be in place before fossils decline, and this has to be more profitable and more competitive in market terms, to be able to gradually displace them and without great trauma...

The global power of the human system may not decrease if, at the same time as fossil power decreases, ecosystem power increases. The only source capable of replacing mineral fuels effectively is autonomous photosynthesis.

On average, the ecosystems of the emerging lands of the entire planet, whether natural or reconstructed, can provide the energy equivalent of 20 barrels of oil per hectare per year.

Only in ecosystems at their maximum development would photosynthesis supply twice the raw power than oil currently does and it would be dispersed throughout the territory.

What is not viable is agriculture: this is at the core of the problem, since it keeps ecosystems devastated, sinks the net productivity of the territory and is not capable of feeding people without the constant contribution of industrial inputs and without massive consumption of fossils. This has a relatively easy fix, without "degrowth" and without "system change", or other commonplace abstractions: it is about Western countries with their capacity to evolve, to continue to be the vanguard in terms of effective data processing and elimination of cultural burdens.

It is about investing ourselves with the necessary leadership to lead the world economies and societies into the next stage before fossils are forever gone from this planet.

IT IS ABOUT REBUILDING ECOSYSTEMS WORLD WIDE!
